I love urban air its a good place to have fun at and go to with your friends and family!

Most attractions were closed but they still charge full price, didnt have socks or fries. Young adults didnt assist with children playing, just huddled everywhere talking

The place was dirty, and three attractions were out of service. I didn't like it.

So unprofessional for you all to be open til 11 pm with none of the equipment kids come to this place to enjoy is closed, especially for the amount of money spent. The young lady simply stated its closed because you all have inspection at the end of month. Then as adults just letting kids enjoys let go grab a snack, oh yeah couldnt because youre out of everything! No fries, no nachos, etc poor management is what this looking like! And out of all places Snellville/ Lawrenceville!! This beyond ridiculous and sad at same time! Change management before I give my money to this place again!

So many of the attractions are inop but the prices are still the same. Plus, the restrooms and play area were nasty.
