For four years I have worked with Spot on the Lake Realty. I have experienced 7 transactions with Spot on the Lake, 4 purchase transactions and 3 Sale transactions. Each and every transaction has gone very smoothly. Every since my first experience, I have been very pleased with the professional and timely response of the Spot on the Lake team as each and every issue arose. Tom Miller and the Spot on The Lake team initially listed the house when it belonged to my father, but Dad passed away six weeks later and it then became my responsibility to see it through. Tom and Janet stayed in contact and were accessible whenever we had questions or needed advice about some repairs we needed to make on the property, and they had a lot of patience with us, as we hadnt sold a home in over 20 years. The Showingtime app kept us in the loop about every showing and the feedback from prospective buyers. Their marketing of the property brought interest and eventually the right buyers at the right price. We appreciate Tom and SOTL for everything they did to get this home sold.
