Hampton Inn & Suites Lavonia

All was good! Unless, you count the filthy air vent in the bathroom, and the stupid barn door for the bathroom. Those doors do not seal well and there's a gap so if somebody comes in the door with your morning coffee and you are in the bathroom naked; anybody in the hallway walking by can see you at a glance. Stupid doors! We did let the front desk no. About the air vent. So all is good, especially if they clean them! Food & drinks: They provided breakfast. It was a good breakfast and I especially enjoyed a mini scone. I am also an oatmeal critic. A lot of the hotels have it two watery and it's just not good. The oatmeal was very good. Thank you very much.

I stayed here many times. And it's usually top knotch. And I have left reviews that where 5 stars ! I don't know what happened ! First checking in was a problem couldn't find me anywhere in the system so he stated. Everything about me in the system is the same. Idk but was told do you know how many John Days there are in the system ? I don't have time for that ! Really ? So I got to my room and to my surprise there was a roach on the bed . After a extremely long day of work . I sent my employee down to the desk with the roach in tissue to get us moved and I was already hot at the young man at the desk so we moved down the hall . And there is bugs piled up on the ceiling . And I have photos. If you used an exterminator at all there shouldn't be any!! I'm over it . Not again we all have bad days ! No excuse in this in a 201.00 suite period ! And photos will be included . And there so busy that this is exceptable? Rooms: Bugs in both rooms and we where moved from on the other end of building

Rolled up late with a cranky kiddo thinking we had a reservation, but there wasnt anything under the reservation name. Turns out it was under a different name (lol). Demetrice at the front desk immediately went into problem solving mode though and even called the place next door in case we booked it there by mistake and solved the issue quickly.
