I wish I could give no stars! Made an appointment for 11am at the Jackson Hewitt center in the lagrange Walmart. We showed up early at about 10:45 waited til 11:15 and no one ever came. So we called and they said the lady that works that location had to work another location, didn't bother to call us and let us know, not even a sign up at the center nothing! Total waste of time. So needless to say these are NOT the people I will trust with my taxes I'll stick to using turbo tax like I always have

My visit at Jackson hewitt was excellent The Lady who done my taxes was real nice and helpful I will definitely be going back next year

Angela was very patient and very helpful as we had a somewhat complicated return to file. Took her time with us and very kind.

Went to them last year. The lady was nice enough. But someone from there called tonight and ask my husband if he would like to make an appointment. He said not yet and started to explain why. They hung on him. They never said ok, thank you, we will try and contact you later, nothing! Just hung up. Won't be going back!
