Comfort Inn & Suites

The room was clean and comfortable. The carpet needs to be replaced but that's the only thing that I noticed that could use some attention and it was strictly cosmetic. The standout is the service. Both Katelyn and David were very attentive, courteous and friendly, as was the service we received from the cleaning crew. The complementary breakfast was your standard fare, but well replenished and always clean. We will definitely be coming back!

Incredibly out of date. Only one lamp in my room had working electrical ports. Within 5 minutes of checking in, my toddler found a hard candy on the floor in our room and put it in the trash. Glad I came with my own disinfectant. Carpets need cleaning badly. Hallway decorations hadnt been dusted in what looked like weeks! Got accused of having KIDS running around late night. I only have one kid who was in bed. The people a few doors down had several...Best thing about this place is location. Many different food options very close by. I definitely will not be staying at this place again

No bugs. Supposed to be an accessible room but skimpy on grab rails and on 2nd floor. Housekeeping blocking elevator access to hallway after breakfast (8:30 am). Electric outlets worn and barely able to hold cell phone charger plug.
