Karley was so very helpful and informative while she assisted me in choosing new nail polish and beard oil, and she suggested a great hair product for my wife just based on a few questions. The level of customer care that I experienced was exceptional.

        The store is clean. Prices are outrageous. Employees were too busy talking to one another to help anyone. We asked 3 times about a product we were looking for, and they would just send us looking rather than offer to actually come help. They really need to teach their employees good customer service. We left empty-handed.
