        I called in to make a change to my policy. I needed to add a vehicle and remove one. I knew the rate would be very high. My agent rep Megan Davis went over and beyond to assist me with getting a policy that met my needs and I could afford. She answered all of my questions. I could not have asked for better help.         Terrible.. was double charged and when I asked them why they told me to call the provider directly and the provider didn't have a customer service number. I trusted this company to give me legitimate insurance but they won't even try to communicate with the insurance that they gave me. So now I don't have my rent money. I don't know what to do so I will have to call the insurance commissioner's office. Hopefully they can get it straightened out for me.
