    Room stinks, pillows had stains on them, shower could be cleaned much better, hair dryer look like it was melted from the heat didnt know if it was even safe to use it. Will not recommend. Best regards.

    The people at the front desk were very helpful kind and respectful they help you with anything you need there breakfast is amazing the rooms have jacuzzis the rooms are clean spacious recommend this place to everyone

    Rooms were nasty. And the floor was not vacuumed. The microwave and refrigerator was nasty. There was no soap in the bathrooms and we even had the nightclub to come in to assess the 1st room that we were given so that way she could see what we were saying. The next day the manager was a very rude and unpleasant individual. She basically told us to leave her hotel because we were complaining about the conditions. And we asked for a discount due to the uncomfortableness that we were experiencing at their facility. But mind you that We had our disabled mother with us as well who was on a walker there was a nightstand blocking the doorway when we first walked into the room that we ran straight into and was hurt by it which is also a fire hazard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it is that bad but the excuse that they gave was that it was under New Management. Right Rooms: Nasty not clean Safety: There was a Stan in the walkway when you first walk in the room that you run into because there was no lights on so we could not see it which is a fire hazard Walkability: There was not enough space to walk in that room for a person on a walker what wheelchair Noteworthy details: The only thing good about that hotel was there a night auditor any couple of the daytime maids were very friendly and they also understood what we were saying the manager is very unprofessional rude and polite and has a very bad attitude . Will not recommend this hotel right now.

    First thing the morning that myself and my travel companions were to arrive at Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham Kingsland I-95/Naval Base Area, I attempted to contact the hotel to inform them that we would be a late arrival. It took a few calls, as no one was answering. I finally contacted someone in the "office" and they assured me they had the info. I followed up later that day and was assured I reached the front desk and our reservations were confirmed. My travel companions reached Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham Kingsland I-95/Naval Base Area and were informed that our rooms had been switched to this hotel. However they were not the suites I had booked for us, but standard hotel rooms. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. There was another party that had been waiting apparently a half hour or more to check in and no one was there. We were all on our phones trying to reach someone to be able to check-in to our rooms. Someone finally showed up from the original hotel that I had booked and had no idea how to use the check-in system. He had to call in to get access to this hotel's system.. half way through checking in the party in front of us, someone showed up apologizing for not being present and took over checking everyone in. During the check-in process for both my room, and the room prior to my check-in, the room#'s were announced publicly where everyone could hear. That is not acceptable. Room#'s should never be announced outloud. The room was not what was booked (a suite), but decent. Mostly clean, but a vacuum prior to arriving would have been nice. It's obvious that they are revamping an older hotel, but revamping the carpet in the hallways would have been nice as they looked liked children's playmats slipping apart.
