Best Western Plus Kingsland

My stay at Best Western left me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, I want to express my appreciation for an extremely kind elderly man at the reception who excellently assisted me. His helpfulness and advice to contact the manager via phone or email were a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. However, despite my efforts to follow this advicesending three emails and attempting to reach the manager twice by phone due to his absenceI received no response whatsoever. This total lack of communication from the management is both unprofessional and frustrating. Additionally, my room was not cleaned not just once, but twice during my stay, even after I explicitly requested housekeeping services following the initial oversight. This failure to maintain basic standards of cleanliness, despite a direct request, significantly detracted from my experience at a hotel that I expected would uphold a reputation for guest satisfaction and hygiene. While the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff are appreciated, unfortunately, these positives are overshadowed by the significant issues I encountered. I had hoped for a pleasant stay, supported by reliable customer service and adherence to hygiene standards, but the reality fell short of these expectations. Future guests might want to weigh the positive aspects of personal attention and service against the potential for significant disappointments in terms of communication, responsiveness, and cleanliness.

Best Western Plus was clean and neat. The breakfast area was particularly nice for a hotel. I would not recommend staying in first floor rooms near the entrance as it was rather noisy in the morning, near breakfast area and laundry.

This place was a pleasent surprise very clean and nicely updated. The staff ; Adrianna, Breunna, and Roz were great. Smart, kind and efficient. Would definitely return.
