        They got the job done and were friendly. But I've never had to wait over an hour for an oil change, ESPECIALLY when I had an appointment. They told me they were short staffed, which I totally understand and we're all struggling with it, but if you're understaffed and know you're gonna have longer than normal service times, space out your appointments. I was late to work for a service I arrived an hour and fifteen minutes early for. The longest I've waited previously for a routine oil change was 30 minutes max. Probably won't be using the service again in the future but they had a great coupon online and again, they were friendly.
