Lauren and Tim are always professional and great to deal with. Whenever I have questions, they respond promptly. I really appreciate their friendliness, professionalism and most of all their accurate and helpful knowledge with all my tax-related questions over the years. They are the best and I feel blessed to have them.

We utilized 1st Tax Source for our tax filing and were told that a payment plan had been established to pay our Federal taxes. Alain stated that all we needed to do was wait and funds will be automatically withdrawn within 30 days. Unbeknownst to my husband and I, we received a letter from the IRS threatening to seize our property due to non-payment. After contacting 1st Tax Source, we did not receive an apology or anything to the sort. Alain offered to help me with going back through the process if I would like and would setup a call. I responded that I would like his assistance as afterall, we paid for their services. We are now a week past that request and have not heard a word. This is completely unacceptable as an organization. Especially when Tim, the owner, worked for a Big 4 Accounting firm and knows the repercussions of this type of error. No apology for anyone. So now, I sit on hold with the IRS for hours waiting for assistance. They are by far not a cheap company to perform your taxes, but clearly are providing service. Would definitely not recommend. This was the first time using them and will absolutely be the last. And will ensure our friends, families and others do not fall victim to this unfortunate mishap created by 1st Tax Source. Tim, you and your team should be ashamed for what is happening and for not following through on what we paid your team to do. Very disappointed.
