I wanted to give a 5 star review from where we started, but unfortunately, conveniently leaving out details of a transaction until the buyer is ready to sign, and general hypocrisy from dealers like this; tends to leave you dead in the water regardless.

These people went above and beyond!! I totaled my car at the worst time possible for me financially after a job loss so my credit took a major hit and then I hit a deer! But they tried everything and was able to get me on the road in a beautiful and dependable crosstrek! Me and my son were there and they took very good care of us! HIGHLY recommend!! Thank you so much!

My sales experience was great. John was professional and made the car buying process easy. My issue is with the amount of miles listed on my lease agreement. The mileage listed on the contract was far less than the miles on the car at the time I signed the lease. Im working on resolving this now but Im not happy that this happened. I signed a 12K miles/ year lease and should be entitled to all those miles that I am paying for.

Consumer be aware. We had our daughters vehicle here for repairs due to a oil consumption issue. Dealership advised the rear main seal was leaking. Mind you, we were consuming 1.75-2 quarts of oil a week. Ironically, our driveway was bone dry! Come to find out, Subaru of Kennesaw over billed for the rear main seal by $900 based on their repair book. Now we were advised today that they wanted $1,600 to break down the engine to show that their engine was default via a faulty class action lawsuit! Bottom line, they misdiagnosed the symptom and have no interest in mitigating their misdiagnosis. Bad business Subaru of Kennesaw. Customer retention and satisfaction is paramount these days! Do the right thing, eat the costs associated with your misdiagnosis and use it as a corporate deduction loss for 2024 business corporate returns. Its a lot harder to do the right thing vs looking out for your profits and bottom line. Consumers be aware. Icing on the cake was the service advisor hanging up on me! I wish you the best, hopefully you will turn this negative into a positive via another customer. Integrity always wins and triumphs!
