        Regional Manager needs to fix this hub. Lazy workers at this hub. Tracking info never gets updated and they don't process packages in a timely manner, they just sit.

        FedEx drivers consistently deliver my packages to random addresses. While it makes for a fun scavenger hunt, because they will take a picture of the front door, it does eat up a lot of my time driving around my town trying to find my package. Chest code: if you need to talk to a physical human at fedex call the customer service number and press 0 a bunch of times quickly. That will get you to a human who will tell you how sorry they are that a delivery company cannot do their job well.
