The Juicy Crab

The food was good but the service was extremely slow and it took almost 45 mins to even pay. When the checks finally arrived there was an extra $5 margarita on my daughters bill. We even showed the server the amount of glasses on the table. She said she would have it taken off no big deal. Well the server was gone for 20 mins and i was wondering what was taking so long so I walked around to the bar and the manager was sitting and talking to someone. When he finally noticed I was standing there waiting he then came over to me and said he had to go count the glasses himself. By this time I was tired of waiting because I had been trying to leave for over 30 mins by this time.So I told him dont bother just charge me the $5 and give me back my card so I could leave. He then sent the server to run the cards and it took another 12 mins for me to get my card back and I told the manager it was ridiculous that it was that big of a deal to him to take a $5 margarita off a bill that we had never received when out checks totaled over $400. He said we would have to be patient he had just been told about it a couple of mins ago. So I dont know what they had been doing for all that time but it obviously wasn't trying to provide good customer service. It wasnt even very busy there were several empty tables. This was at the Town Center location in Kennesaw Ga.

Nice place but didn't have blue crabs I was from out of town Kid-friendliness: Grandbaby was able to get what she wanted
