Property investor John Clark with PK Buys Houses is more than just a real estate investor. He is honest, genuine, and cares about his clients. I needed to quickly sell an AS-IS property from out of state after the death of a family member. During our first call, he offered advice and guidance for navigating the out-of-state transaction even if he wasnt the buyer. He was always focused on what was best for me during this traumatic life event. It was obvious that his goals were not just to gain business but also to help others. Dealing with an estate after losing a family member can be overwhelming, and John went out of his way to make the process easier. John even went to the house for me several times to check on the property, which was above and beyond the highest expectations! After our first call, John quickly made an offer on the property and was ready to close within seven days. It turned out that it took me six months to complete probate/legal work (not his fault), but during this waiting period, he never gave up on the offer that he promised, even renewing the contract several times. Unfortunately, I also dealt with a few dishonest people during the process, and John was kind enough to coach and guide me through it all. In addition to conducting business, he also became a friend, and I cant say enough good things about him.
