Herff Jones

Outrageously expensive for just the cap, gown, and tassel. I was given a promo code for ordering early for $20 off. Tried to use the promo code but turns out it was only for a premium package which I am sure would cost me hundreds of dollars. They should offer promo codes for any package. Then they charged me $15 for shipping. I am confused because I the package will get shipped to the school. Won't they ship all the orders together? Do they rip off every parent and charge the shipping fee for each separate order? Hmmmmm, seems like a scam to me. After that price, I refuse to order graduation announcements from this place. I will create my own or check with Etsy.

I would not wish an experience with Herff Jones on my worst enemy. Herff Jones has nickel and dimed us this entire school year for graduation gowns. A $75 gown become a $100 gown after processing fees. But what were those fees spent on? Clearly not processing our gowns, as we received gowns for a totally separate high school with zero support from Herff Jones for distribution at the school. I am amazed that Herff Jones has managed to remain in business with this level of service. I would never work with Herff Jones again and I pity those who have to. Herff Jones truly represents the worst customer service, purchasing experience, and overall business I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
