Poor customer service as they do not stand behind the items they sell. I currently have a faulty printer they told me I would have to go to Epson to get resolution. That would be understandable except the printer was only 2 weeks old when it started giving trouble. Oh, but they expect you to pay the invoice for broken merchandise. I would think twice before purchasing any equipment from these folks. No telling who they will tell you to contact in order to get help. I can tell you, they will not take responsibility! I had planned on doing a lot of business with these folks, but no more. I have other shopping options that don't include thievery or deflection! Don't do it!

good place to unload receiving gets you in fast and unloads very efficiently as Ive seen here .. my company Carries loads out of here and there a great bunch of folks ..

The machine has not worked correctly since we got it, text support say they gonna call but you have to keep calling. They were told by the Hp guy the machine is not working correctly when it was set up. Not sure whats going on but its been at my shop for over 30 day not too mention it dont print white , but the white looks like it leaking inside the machine. very bad experience so far please be ware of the product your buying, these companies are just selling you anything that just leave u hanging. If I could give the crappie machine back I would go with Roland. Customer service so much better. Hp dont tech support hung up three times. 800w is not looking good at this point.
