Their automated phone system is the most excruciating thing Ive ever experienced.

Worst experience for a post office, and that's saying something. I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. and just left at 10:15 after two people with no appointments were taken ahead of us. No employee asked who was next, they just called out names. For a majority of the hour and a half we were waiting, there was only one employee present and he was ignoring people with appointments.

The most unorganized and rude staff I ever seen! I had to go back 4 times to the facility the get my kids passport renewed. I just wish people would not work just to earn money, but at least like what they do! Life would be so much better!

I made an appointment to renew my son passport at this USPS location and did I regret it. This is the second time the same employee that works on saturday told me she can not renew my son passport because she is by herself. I waited a month for my appointment which was on 02/17/2024 at 9 am. Dont trust this USPC location with such important tasks, they dont care.
