Jan15th MLK DAY Hot Water Solutions scheduled a service visit for our home tankless outdoor water system. Dean/Hot Water Solutions professional came 15min early and diagnosted the cold water problem. Rinnai Tankless company support was not available. He was brilliant. He took the outdoor tankless apart "retuned" it and cleaned up without Rinnai and my family now has hot water again! The service fee was nothing compared to the level of professional, efficient and brilliant service. I will always call Dean/Hot Water Solutions. Trust that they are the best of tbe best in Cobb county.

My experience. I woke up to a wet garage. My water heater had started leaking overnight. I searched for a local plumber and read through the reviews. I chose Hot Water Solutions and called; Trey picked up the phone, and after hearing my problems, he said he was available and arrived at the agreed-upon time. Upon arriving at my house, he reviewed the leaking water heater and provided some background on the nature of water heaters and expectations. I asked Trey if he could also replace my hose bibs, which were damaged during the winter. Everything being replaced was upgraded from what I had; the new water heater is a Rheem. A few hours later, I had a new water heater new hose bibs, and my water pressure was checked for proper operation. Trey walked me through the installation, put a sticker on the tank with the company's contact information, wrote the installation date on the tank and expansion tank, and then we talked through the warranties. Lastly, I paid using a credit card, which Trey could process on-site. Overall, it is a fair price for a quality service. I would hire Hot Water Solutions again.

I had a fantastic experience with Hot Water Solutions. The team was transparent, informative, efficient and quick. Darrin, the technician who installed our new hot water heater, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything, including the issues with our previous unit.
