I have been having issues with the wiring of my a/c units in my tiny home. I have been calling for going on two weeks with Kevin telling me the manager Adam (I think is his name) will be returning my call. Or hes out of the office, meeting with a customer, or in a meeting. I just am trying to see what my next steps are to getting this issue fixed so I can use my a/c with summer approaching. It takes minutes to call back but I havent even received that. Can someone call me please?

I stopped by with my sister and her husband last week. They are looking for a house to put on some land they bought. The team was very helpful and informative on all the regulations to be aware of through the process and helped with all the questions we had. The houses were setup nice and gave us a great idea of what the end result would be like. We were very impressed with the overall experience at the office, Adam gave us his card and made sure we knew to reach him if we had any further questions to help us along in the process. Adam and his team were incredibly helpful and informative, I highly recommend anyone looking for a tiny home stop by here and see them! They will take great care of you!

I originally removed my last review after they asked me to, with the promise of removing this abandoned tiny house on our property! Weeks later, it's still here in our way and they have not reached out to u since Nov. 9. I will Not be removing this one. We are in the process of sending the certified letter requesting the building be removed within days or it becomes Our property from abandonment! Our correspondence began on Sept 25. After the Bigfoot was scheduled to be picked up on Sept 15. It is now Nov. 27 and it's still sitting here. We were threatened with prosecution of we touched this abandoned building on our property. So now we're forced to do this. . The building was trash from day one. Half the electric Never worked in it, one door had to be locked or i . One ac unit Never worked, and the other one stopped within 1 year, and there is black mold on one part of a wall from it leaking. They would never come fix it. The owners moved and had to abandon it because it became unsafe to live in with the mold and no ac for the baby that lived there. Now we have to send letters to Federal Investors to get them moving on moving their building. They are literally fighting over the cost of moving their property! They are basically holding us hostage on our own property. Brad the finance mgr said he doesn't care of it rots on our property. Well we care, Brad. How hard is it to put that coat at the back end of the next owner? I know you have to be smart enough to figure that out. Come get this tiny house off of our property before it is impounded! That is the very next step I'm taking.
