Gluten free pizza review only - as per usual with gf frozen crusts, they are small, however much more value for the cost and have a decent amount of fresh toppings. They have a decent selection and some 'new' concepts to the traditional options.

Pizza is acrid and bitter from the intentional (WHY!) burning of the crust. Even the parts of the crust that weren't burnt tasted like it was. This place is oblivious to the difference between charred and burnt.

This is a new pizza place on Chastain (near Kennesaw State) in the same strip as Taco Mac.  Today I took my 89 year old mother there for lunch, and the guy working there was so sweet to her.  The whole place is new and clean and very nice.  The setup is similar to Subway sandwich shop:  you pick your crust and watch as your pizza is created to your order.  I got the thin crust with sausage, black olives and red onions.  You can supervise the entire process: more tomato sauce, or less;  more onions, etc.  The guy who made our pizza was masterful:  the sauce, toppings and cheese were excellently placed all the way to the edge.  And he was generous with the oregano sprinkled on top.  They have a cooler for bottled drinks, and a self-serve computerized beverage dispenser.  Straws, forks and napkins are self-serve. By the time I got our drinks, napkins and forks arranged on our table, the pizza was ready (about 5 minutes; they are not kidding about the 1,000 degree oven.)  The large pizza was cut into 8 wedges and was actually enough for 4 people.  Mom loved it and I was amazed.  So fast!  Edges of the crust were deliciously crunchy, but the center of the pizza was floppy (but still "done" and very tasty.)The guy who made our pizza seemed to be working alone, but the place was not busy.  He was very kind to my mom, and while I put the leftovers in my car, he held his door open for my mom and assisted her to the car.Later this evening I heated the leftovers in the skillet and they were even better!  The crust was crispy, not floppy, and the flavors had blossomed. This is my new favorite pizza place.  I love being able to design the pizza and participate in the creation process. So nice to be able to instruct the placement and amounts of the toppings.  The prices are very reasonable.  (He gave me the senior citizen discount without me asking.) Our large eat-in 3-topping thin crust pizza with 2 fountain drinks was less than $22.  I've seen unfavorable reviews listed here from 2019-2021, but they might be for a different location. This place is great.

This might be one of Kennesaw's best kept secrets. Similar to MOD pizza, you select your toppings and get your pizza within about 2 minutes of it entering the hot oven. The pizza was delicious. Took the leftovers home. The person who helped me was super friendly. The atmosphere had music playing in the background-- I think they were playing "Carry on my wayward son" while I was there. Used to work in a restaurant that played similar music and found myself humming along. All the tables were clean (I arrived around 11 am). The space is modern and I hung out for about 20 minutes. The prices were reasonable. As for amount of sauce desired on the pizza-- they make it in front of you so if you prefer light sauce you need to tell them light sauce. They are super friendly, and don't have a problem using less sauce. If you don't communicate they won't know you didn't have a good time (to the reviewer who commented about the sauce). If you don't communicate they can't accommodate. If you don't complain for XYZ, they can't do their best to ensure it doesn't happen again. You can't get angry, write a bad review, and not communicate to the restaurant during your visit.   Not only is it rude, but it's also dishonest. Because you're basically accusing the restaurant for having bad service, when in fact, you didn't give them a chance. I challenge you, to request light sauce on your pizza next time instead of wishing they can read your mind. Furthermore,  the glass is see through. You get to wait to pay and visually see your pizza as it is being prepared. If you don't trust them to put what you consider to be light sauce, then you have the option to watch them do it. You don't go to Chipotle, put your order in, then go find a seat. You wait in line and make sure they put the appropriate ingredients in as you like it. You don't go to subway, mod pizza, or any other restaurant with a similar approach, and go find a seat instead of supervise your order. It is downright ridiculous that someone gave this restaurant a 1 star review after disregarding all the safeguards built into a build your own pizza place. The pizza comes out fast, so at the most you're saving 5 minutes. You just bought 2 pizzas and spent around $30-40, and you're not going to wait 30 seconds to make sure they don't put too much sauce on your pizza, when you obviously have a different measure to what "light sauce" means. So since you've probably had similar experiences where your requests get "ignored" one would think you'd supervise your pizza instead of assume they'd put less sauce on the pizza. I don't know how people can rate a restaurant for bad service when they didn't even supervise their order. You wouldn't do it at any other restaurant, you're disrespecting yourself by not ensuring the order is to your satisfaction by looking through glass at your order, and you don't communicate to the restaurant when they are in a position to make it right. All in all-- you're not the best person to review a restaurant, and I don't trust your review at all. I had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. With that said, I was very pleased with the service, the pizza, and the atmosphere of the restaurant. I will definitely be coming back.

I am pleasantly surprised by 1000° pizza. Firstly, I ordered this on Grubhub. They have a 25% promotion right now and I thought I would try something different because I'm exhausted from the same old pizza, places like jets, mellow, etc. and antico is not always available. I also was looking for a pizza with ricotta on top and this one looked like it would fit the bill and is absolutely delightful. Also, I appreciate that the restaurant fulfilled my order as it was close to closing time. What stands out most about this pizza is the fact that the ingredients are real. The crust is exceptionally good and the ricotta reminds me of the fresh ricotta that you find in a traditional Italian market up north. I like that this pizza is not fake and has real ingredients and is not overly processed like much of the pizza out there which has fake cheese and questionable ingredients throughout. (need I say more) lol also contrary to what some of the people have said on here, pizza should have some tomato sauce. Many of the fast food pizzas really skimp on the tomato sauce simply because it's terrible and not high quality, but that isn't real pizza. The salad is also very fresh, which is a common problem with many fast food pizza joints. Finally, I would like to support smaller franchise businesses because they offer a better product and service and are important to the community. The large chains will always be available, but we are in need of more pizza restaurant options.I will be ordering from 1000° pizza in the future and I've already shared my experience with my mother who is very keen on trying the ricotta pizza. Glad to find a pizza restaurant that is high-quality and economically priced. I suggest you give them a try if you're in the Marietta Kennesaw area as you won't be disappointed..
