Wellstar Pediatric General Surgery

If you have an appointment with pediatric urology here, you better block your whole day off. We've had three appointments here and never been brought back less than a half hour late. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that the staff is friendly even when everyone in the waiting room is getting restless and asking repeatedly when they are going to get called.

We see Dr. Yarri and he is an amazing Dr. He always makes sure that we fully 100 understand everything that he is explaining not only me but my child fully understands what's going on in her body. He never ever rushes us and he always answers all of our questions and he goes over everything even questions before we have them. He also explains what will happen at the next appointment. I wish he was a regular pediatrician as well AMAZING DR DEFINITELY 5+ STARS!!!!

I have been to this facility twice. In the urology department .The first time we had a nurse who had red hair and like a gray patch, and I really didnt care for her. She was very sarcastic. The doctor was amazing and hes definitely helped my daughter at our second appointment that we attended. Our nurse was Nicole. She was so awesome again I seen the nurse with red hair and a gray patch. My daughter kept saying hello and waving saying hi hello over and over again because the nurse looked at her and ignored her every time she seen her we went to the restroom a few times because my daughter had difficulties going to the bathroom and again on our way out the door she kept saying hello and the nurse kept ignoring her. She finally said hey on the way out because there was a couple people who noticed it or maybe they didnt notice but they were there, but when she said hello, she didnt even turn around and look at my daughter Washingtons talking to her it was just so rude. She has the same rude attitude every time we come , I love this doctors office and everyone else in it but the lady with the red hair and the gray patch she needs a new life because she seems to be very unhappy with hers and if shes not unhappy, perhaps she just didnt like us being in the building. it seems as if we make her uncomfortable, but for her to just ignore a child like that that is clearly just being polite, saying hello it definitely made her ask me mommy how come shes not saying anything to me. On the way out I finally just looked down at my daughter and said shes not a very nice nurse so maybe you shouldnt keep saying hello when she clearly does not wanna answer you back
