One Medical Seniors: Shiloh Square

At one point I was sad that I couldn't leave 10 stars for One Medical. Now, it breaks my heart to have to leave this practice but Amazon's purchase of One Medical has changed all the rules. I can no longer contact my local office personally. I have to wait FOREVER for an answer from a tech center that services the entire United States. The tech center operators are entirely condescending and I suspect not over the age of 21. The premium services they offered like transportation have been sidelined by money-grubbing corporate mogul, Jeff Bezos. And now they are offering to see CHILDREN? Parents, if you love your children PLEASE do not make this mistake. The staff at Shiloh is awesome. It's a shame Amazon policy has crippled them.

This place is awful since it changed to one medical for seniors just awful. We are not allowed to call and speak to our office with the people that know us. I tried to text nurse Laura never got a response. I had to call the call center they said they spoke with her and she was going to call me in a few minutes never happened. I called back to speak to a rude girl who had her tv so loud I could barely hear her. She said there was nothing she can do I just have to wait. THIS IS MY PRIMARY CARE FACILITY WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE! INSTEAD I HAD TO GO TO URGENT CARE AND PAY $50 INSTEAD OF FREE. I AM ON SSI AND THIS REALLY HIT ME HARD. NOW IM POSITIVE FOR COVID AND NOT 1 THING DID MY DOCTORS OFFICE DO FOR ME. THAT WAS THE FINAL STRAW FOR ME I WILL CONTINUE TO LOOK F9R A NEW DOCTOR. I HOPE YOU ALL FOLLOW ALONG. AMAZON SHOULD NEVER HAVE CAME IN AND BOUGHT IORA. THE PERSONALIZATION THE EMPATHY THE CARING THE KNOWING WHO WE ARE IS GONE. SO SAD IVE BEEN HERE FOR 5 YRS AND I WASH MY HANDS TODAY. OH AND BY THE WAY 2 DAYS LATER STILL NEVER GOT A CALL BACK

Use to be Iora Medical, was not announced that they were bought back in 2021. Dad started going there in early 2021 before the purchase. We had Doctor Grossman and she was great. Care started to get worse latter in the year and 2022 visits were not affective. There should have been notice sent out to patients about this. Also recently as February 22 of this year One Medical was bought by Amazon. This is information that should be told to clients.

I have gone in to see the doctor there. Her staff is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable being there. Dr.Bhavika Patel is friendly and she truly cares about her patients. If I have questions I can call of text and she will get back to me as soon as she able.
