We had a great experience. The np or nurse was thorough and my son responded to the medication well. He was coughing and congested. She was pleasant and answered all of my questions. Thankful

This place is not up front about billing especially when you are self pay. And when you ask any questions the answer is always well Im not sure. They sent off my lab work to a third party company who accidentally did additional testing because its in their terms and agreement. I did NOT request this additional testing and was charged $1,900 by quest diagnostics !!! When I submitted paperwork to Quest indicating the only testing requested, they basically told me they could do whatever they want; Quest even tried to make an insurance company double pay it; an insurance company I havent used in 4 years! Piedmont refused to help make this situation right. I was also billed a charge from Piedmont for having to come in to have my results given to me even though they were unavailable and made me come back AGAIN! This place is complete fraud!!

I brought my fianc in because he was having flu-like symptoms. I made an appointment online for 6:30 and we got there right at 6:30. By the time we got out, walked to the back, and filled out the questionnaire on the kiosk (which were all already answered for the online appointment) for us to sign in, it was past 5 minutes and we were no longer able to sign in. The practitioner was watching us struggle and knew we had been there a few minutes and did nothing to help us out. When I asked her what was up and why the kiosk was saying we couldnt sign in, she informed us that it locks you out once its been 5 minutes past the appointment time. He needed to be seen, so I asked if she could make an exception and she said she would see what she could do. She invited him into her office, asked if hed been there before, he had not, and dismissed him. Absolutely nowhere on the website did it say anything about new patients, as well as the 5 minute rule. Frustrated, we went to an urgent care center down the street with double the stars for the reviews. We absolutely will not be back- shame on you Walgreens and shame on you Piedmont!!!
