Employee was nice but computers were down and they were only taking cash. So you could not use coupons or fet the 5 off 25 deal.

The store has been organized the last few times I went and it you're paying with a card you must use the self check out. 1/2 the time the employee at the front is on his phone and does bother to acknowledge you coming in or out of the store

not sure why the doors are locked but all the lights are on.... it is one hour before closing

Phone will ring but they never answers. Was inquiring about a product that I wanted to purchase. Called five times. If the district manager sees this that would be a good thing because this type of poor customer service could be costing the company money. Thank you.

I went in for 3 things and one was lighters. I knew they would card for the lighters, so I went to the cashier to checkout. I stood there waiting for the cashier to come check me out, only to have him stare at me while he was on the phone giving all his information out to someone. He turned his back to me and I went to self checkout. I finally made it up to check out and of course I needed my ID checked for age. He had finally walked over to the 1st register I was at and was ringing a lady up. My register was flashing and saying customer needs assistance. He never once looked over. He finished with the lady and I ask if anyone else was working. He again never looked over at me and was still talking on his phone with someone about an app. So I just left my stuff and walked out. I dont usually do reviews, but this was just plan out rude and your company needs to train the staff better and check up on your stores. Want be back in this one again
