I have to take a moment to give some praise to Amy and Beth! These women went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue with insurance. I cant say thank you enough to both of them for helping me. Additionally, Dr. Bowman is amazing. The most caring and supportive human being. I hope my insurance does not throw me any more curve balls and I can remain a patient here. Highly recommend their services.

The doctor was 15 minutes late to my virtual appointment. I called the office and the lady on the phone said in a condescending tone "You need understand that hes a DOCTOR and that doctors have other patients. If hes not at your appointment he is probably working on someone else. Call back if you dont see him for another 5 minutes." First off, I have had many psychiatrists and doctors in my lifetime and NONE of them have been late like this to a VIRTUAL appointment. He eventually popped in to the virtual appointment that was supposed to be an initial CONSULTATION AND SCREENING and it literally totaled 5 minutes. He said "What have you been diagnosed with" I answered. Then he says "Has any family been diagnosed with this." "Did you experience abuse growing up" "what medications are you currently taking" After those 4 questions he said "Okay im gonna send X(my current medication) and Y to your pharmacy okay? Have a good day)" I said "wait what is Y" He says "oh its for this" I said okay well my therapist told me to ask for something that is as needed to my panic attacks" He said "okay ill send something for as needed to the pharmacy to okay? Bye bye. " and then hangs up without explaining anything to me. I proceeded to have one of the worst panic attacks I have ever had. I know this place is affordable but i am telling you right now, there is a reason why it is so affordable.

I love Doctor A, Beth, and all of the staff at Roots Wellness Center, LLC. My child has been a patient for many years. I feel like family. My child was shy at one point but now she can open up and tell how she is feeling. It's hard having to go through this process but it's great to have people who listen and care.
