Imagine paying premium prices for an oil change, just to go to another shop and find out rivets were missing for the oil shield; and as soon the bottom-of-the-barrel oil filter is slightly touched it falls off, meaning it wasnt tightened with an oil filter wrench but probably by hand? Also, the oil filter wasn't even the right kind for my vehicle. There was oil all over the shield, and the bottom of my car from this shop's negligence. I don't know of it's the kids they have working in the back, or just lack of care, but both are ridiculous when putting your car in the care of another. We were told that only premium parts/supplies were used only to find that's a lie. There were times we paid for the premium Motul oil just to find out they used the cheapest oil they had, after our V8s were driving sluggish. Deals offered only to be reneged when reminding the owner, who made them, of said deal/discount.
My recommendation is if you have any sort of vehicle you've spent thousands on, before and after purchase, take it elsewhere. They will not take care of your vehicle.

My husband and I love the service we receive at Revolution for our cars. They always send a quote prior to any work and you can choose what to have completed and what not. The team worked hard and fast today to ensure my car was back to me so that I can go to my doctors appointments tomorrow. Thank you to Josh and the team for a job well done as always.

Incredibly impressed. Just got the oil changed on my high mileage Prius. I was in and out within 30 minutes, great communication on the oil they planned to use and very upfront about the cost of the service.
Looking forward to working with Revolution in the future!
