        Have never had a bad experience at the Kennesaw location. CS rep Alecia Hawkins @Kennesaw is the best. She was courteous, attentive and beyond helpful settling my debit card dispute and assisting with my credit card application process. She did an amazing job displaying customer service skills and was so sociable and relatable while doing it!

        I waited for at least an hour to make a deposit and then when i finally got to the teller she gave me an attitude as if I was the reason they had an extremely long wait. Will not be coming back to the branch anytime soon
