        I absolutely love my new apartment community. The units are beautiful & spacious, the staff in leasing office are nice & helpful, and my neighbors are friendly! Most importantly I feel safe. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the Cobb County area.

        Been here since July, so far so good. Only complaints are it does get a little noisy because my unit is facing summers street and some peculiar drivers like revving up the engine in a one lane street... and wish they had autopay for rent. Don't want to miss payments by accident. Good insulation (temp stays really consistent), low electricity bills, constant hot water, kitchen is beautiful with the food demolisher in the sink, quiet neighbors, and I love the layout. Leasing office is great along with the maintenance guy. Can't wait till all the amenities are built. Will be living here for the foreseeable future!

        I have loved living here! The leasing office is very quick with responses and maintenance is always on top of things. The pool and other facilities are still under construction, but once those are finished I know they will be amazing, just like everything else!

        Love it over here! Layla the property manager is awesome. If you have any issues she gets them addressed immediately! I love the location anything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive. There are a lot of small businesses nearby, most you can walk to and thats my only complaint as Ive been trying every freakin coffee shop/ dessert spot in the area which is not a good look for me lol. Anywho definitely 5 stars on my end .
