        Never had any major issues in over a year. Maintenance requests are reviewed almost daily it seems and filled promptly. It is a decent area, but I wouldn't leave any doors unlocked.

        Been living here for 6 month in this facility. I enjoy every minute of it. Its nice and peaceful. Always clean. Leasing office staff professionally nice and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a well kept calm environment.

        I've really enjoyed living here. It's quiet, clean and the leasing and maintenance teams are always helpful, timely with any requests and they engage well with the community. I feel safe here which is a huge factor in choosing where I live, and I also LOVE the trail around the lake and other amenities the complex offers residents. Looking forward to resigning yet again.

        Trash at ALL times. They dont pick up the trash. This place has valet trash and they dont pick up the trash. In our household we separated the trash between things that go bad (wet) and dry, wet trash goes bad and smell quickly and is taken out every couple days when it smells in smaller bags but the valet wont pick up this closed, no hole, no dripping bags because they are not 13 gallons bags. It takes our household about a month or more to fill that big bag are we supposed to wait a month with smelly trash so it can be taken out. So we are been charged a monthly fee for the privilege of taking our own trash out because they wont let you opt out of this service Lack of privacy. They are letting people install cameras on their doors. This cameras are motion activated and our hallways are not big enough that you cant avoid them. Now people we dont know have access as to when we come and go from our own home. Not only lacks privacy but presents safety issues, this people know at what times the place is empty, etc. Who has access to this videos, how and where are they storage, are they encrypted or not. Would not recommend this place.
