        I called Sunday night due to not having hot water, the maintenance guy told me to check the breaker I did and said ok Ill see if this works. I called the after hrs number right back IMMEDIATELY and told them it didnt work and I needed someone out ASAP!! NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!!! I had to boil hot water just to be able to clean my body! I AM BEYOND ANGRY WITH THE NEGLECT, DISRESPECT, AND LIES I CONSTANTLY GET FED!! I HAD A MAJOR SURGERY ON FRIDAY, so to be WITHOUT HOT WATER is was an awful experience for me!! I kept record of the times Ive called you all, emailed you all and it all be ignored!! I try to be a good and respectful tenant, but it has gotten me NOWHERE! Tonight my hot water has went out again, and due to past emergency maintenance calls, or needing the courtesy officer to come out and being ignored I just asked whats the point!! I still have yet to even hear from you about an email I sent you months ago!!
