The Mill at Chastain

5 stars all the way around!! I have lived here for two year and loved it! The complex is quiet and I have always had really nice neighbors. The complex and units are kept up nicely, never had a problem with bugs or any pests. The complex itself is so nice, but the leasing staff has made my experience amazing! Romae has always been SO helpful with anything I have needed through the two years. I always recommend this place to people I talk to because I have had bad apartment experiences and this is not one of them. Also, great location!

My family of four have been living at this apartment complex for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. The grounds are always well-maintained and clean, making it a pleasure to come home to. The communication from the management team is top-notch - they are quick to respond and always provide thorough information. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, ensuring that any issues are resolved in a timely manner. The integrity of the buildings and units is impressive; everything is well-kept and in excellent condition. The gated community adds an extra layer of security, and I feel safe walking around at any time of day. The fact that the gate is almost always operating gives me peace of mind. One of the highlights of living here is the fantastic gym facility. It's well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to squeeze in a workout without having to leave the complex. We've lived in over 7 complexes in the NW Atlanta area over the years and this has been our best experience. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well-maintained place to call home.

I have been living here since May. We have had many problems, but our most recent is pest control. We called last Saturday because we had a LIVE mouse in our unit. They told us that pest control doesnt come out until Thursday, and they wont reimburse us if we get our own. Today is Thursday. Pest control came and spent about four minutes in our apartment according to our camera (we were at work). I came home to find that he put one singular glue trap in our laundry room. Thats it. Mind you, we told them the mouse went into our second bedroom. No preventative measures were taken, and by this point we already had to buy our own traps and stuff the mouse hole ourselves. Its disgusting and not something a tenant should personally have to deal with. And this is just a winter problem. There were roaches that came in during the summer. We requested pest control multiple weeks in a row and nobody ever showed up. Very unprofessional.
