I paid for a job that was half done. Josh promised us the moon and didn't deliver what he promised and did not complete the work. This company is not dependable. Using them was a huge regret. I have a huge hole in my yard with pipes running across now.

Please do your own research and look at all reviews! I do not recommend Drainworks based on my experience with them. I am not aiming to slander anyone's name; I just want to shed light on how this company treated us. I understand each encounter with a business is unique, but my and other people's experiences (low ratings) should not be taken with a grain of salt as it seems like a recurring pattern happening for years. In order to build an accessory structure on my property, the county required an outline of my septic drainfield. I reached out to Josh on Monday January 29th, and he said his team was able to come out that afternoon to probe the field lines and give me a certified septic and drainfield letter and diagram. They rescheduled for Tuesday because Josh wanted to come out himself. Instead, two of his workers showed up and spray painted the first part of the drainfield and made a small diagram on the invoice that had little to no detail. Unaware that this was not going to be satisfactory for the county inspector, we paid them. On Friday February 2nd around 2:30pm, the county inspector came out to review the diagram and match it to what was on the ground. He said 200 feet of the drainfield were missing on the diagram and on the marked ground. I called Josh with the inspector next to me, and Josh stated that he looked at the diagram and could not understand it either. He offered to come by the property to probe the lines himself and redraw the diagram at 4:30pm. We waited and waited and waited, wasting our Friday afternoon (even though we had places to be and a business of our own to run). After multiple texts asking for an ETA, Josh and his team finally showed up at 7:15pm with a flashlight to probe the rest of the lines. Since it was so dark, they decided to come again the next day with a sonar machine. I called at noon on Saturday to follow up because the plan was for them to show up at 8/9am. Apparently the machine was in another city, and we would have to wait until the next day (Sunday). It rained on Sunday. I was not expecting them to show up due to the weather. I called about 10 times on Monday morning with no answer. I sent a text message for them to call me back and was left on Read. I called again at noon, and Josh said he would follow through and do the job by the end of the day because he had been at another appointment. Needless to say, I didn't wait around this time. I called other companies on Monday that offered the probing service and delivered the service by the next day. ETA: called twice and left a voicemail but never received a call or a refund.

I called Drainworks Septic Solutions because my septic tank was leaking in my front yard. I have little to no knowledge about how a septic tank works but Joshua was beyond professional and schooled me. We even went over different options and he also explained each option to me in great detail. I was a little worried thinking I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get things fixed but to my surprise he had very affordable prices. After I chose option that was very affordable for me Joshua and his crew got to work. I mean it took them no time to get the job done. They even texted me with updates as to when they would arrive prior to coming. Everybody was so friendly. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Joshua and his crew. I read the bad reviews and were a little skeptical but my experience overall was great.
