This review does not represent the interaction with doctors at this office or the quality of treatment, however this is to communicate the lack of professionalism from the office diector, Tracy Maney. This office has submitted incorrect insurance claims outside of the contractual terms and caused me a great deal of financial inconvenience. I attempted to resolve, but was unable due to being verbally insulted by the office director, Tracy. After consideration of her criminal background and public arrest record of this staff member, I pray that Homegrown orthodontics finds better representation of their company so that we may feel safe to foster better relationships and resolutions!

Our kids love visiting Dr. Mckellar. She has become more than just a dentist; She's a trusted friend, and our visits are something we genuinely look forward to. The hygienists are not only skilled professionals but also incredibly kind and adept at putting the children at ease. The new staff team is immaculate especially Ms.Holly & As a parent, I appreciate how included I feel in the treatment process and the thoughtful planning that goes into it. This dental facility is top-notch and ideal for anyone seeking the best care for their children's dental health.

The staff was nice , but overall the safety for my child comes as a priority. For it being a pediatric dentist and call it the mom in me but I wasnt a fan that there were so many exposed electrical outlets for a child to stick their finger into. My biggest concern tho was the room we were placed in had their sharps container on ground and thats the first thing my child found as we were waiting and immediately grabbed a needle out of it. Praise god and luck that the needle tops were on or my child couldve easily gotten a needle prick.

Service is great. Kids loved it there However, I am giving them 2 stars because I discovered in Dec 2023 that my children were being charged for cleanings that were 100% covered by my private insurance. I reached out to Homegrown. They know that they owe me money and still have not address it (I still have a balance when I should be owed money). Also, I was informed after my daughter's appointment that she would overcharged because she was 15. (Apparently this is standard in pediatric dentistry for 15 to be the age of adulthood) I would have took the loss with the overpayments if Homegrown would have acted more diligently by erasing my balance however, it's been waiting almost five months for the issue to be rectified. At this point, I was forced to move my children to another dentist. It's sucks but I can't afford to continue to overpay.
