Our property management company hired B&W to assess the cause of leaking windows in our townhome. Rather than inspect our roof with drone images or physically going up on it, B&W charged our HOA to nail an ugly piece of aluminum to our roof. They did not properly seal the many, many new holes they punched in our shingles and the leak got worse. Some of the punctures were not sealed at all. They also cracked our siding and failed to seal it properly and fixed with one random nail they didnt even bother to paint over. If you want a contractor that would rather rip you off and ruin your roof than try to diagnose your issue, hire B&W. The HOA is now having to pay to replace all the damaged shingles rather than the small area of roof that had a hole in it. Which a different contractor found and B&W totally missed because they never actually inspected our roof. In fact, B&Ws aluminum disaster actually funnels water toward the original hole.

They responded quickly with coming out to give a quote as well as make repairs, , cost effective and professional. I definitely recommend and will use them again should the need arise.
