One Rose Florist

Horrible florist. Arrangement didnt include a card so we had no idea who sent them. All we got was a small slip of paper with the name of the florist and the phone number When we called the florist, they politely said they had no ideathe order was made online and they could not give out that information and we should call 1-800- flowers. Unfortunately, since no one was home, they left them outside in the middle of a torrential rainstorm! Arrangement took a beating!

Th absolutely worst florist EVERThe flowers I received were dead & had to drive 35 mins to return them, only for them to give me more DEAD flowersthe roses were brown, the carnations were brown & the babys breath were broken & dead. I told the owner that they look horrible & she requested That I stop saying that lolI requested to see the arrangement that I was supposed to receive & it literally looked completely differentShe told me that my arrangement was missing a few flowers that the website showed smh.They totally ruined my Vday experience Stay far away if you want pretty flowers

This company is not professional, would not answer their phone. I ordered Mother's Day flowers that were not delivered on that day. Flowers didnt arrived until Tuesday afternoon! The flowers I ordered weren't the flowers delivered ? Management has not tried to give any refund or discount. Sooo disappointed because my mother didn't get any flowers . Would not recommend to anyone!
