Called a week in advance to rent a piece of equipment and reserve it. I called the day before I was to pick it up to verify everything. I was told I could pick it up at noon the next day. Came in just after 1PM and went to the open counter person. The guy had a terrible attitude from the get go seemed like it was difficult for him to muster up the energy to speak and when he did he was not helpful. The unit was not ready he did not know when it would be ready. I asked since they let me come in and wasted my time would they deliver answer laugh No what about a discount laugh I would have to talk to someone else. The guy just sits there and after a few minutes gets up and leaves. I ask the other person do I need to speak to him, nope he just works there. I guess the manager hears and comes out and apologized offers a 15% discount says 10 minutes. I leave come back and the bad attitude guy just staring at me I go over sit down and say 10 minutes he says I don't know how long keeps sitting there no attempt to find out if it's ready. I wait another few minutes and left. No call from the manager Crickets. I wish I could leave a Minus star rating. The guy they pay to wait on customers is one of the worst I have ever run into I can't believe they have customers with people like that just taking up space totally worthless.

So far so good well yeah they didn't have what I wanted in Jonesboro so I had to drive all the way to Griffin to get it and then the lady at Griffin was kind of cuckoo and rude at the end whatever it was the end of the week Friday night. Didn't bother me. But I had my battery die and I was unable to raise it lower the trailer deck for the excavator I rented but Jonesboro came through gave me an extra day for free which was nice and then I kept it for a week. After they changed out the battery for the trailer of course. One thing I don't understand and I get it they're in the rental tool business but if you have to rent an excavator where you always will need a trailer with an escalator. Why are there ever separated or you don't have enough trailers. Just a thought. It's not like I'm going to drive the excavator down the road at speeds of 5 mph Max... LOL I may update this entirely once I see my bill tomorrow when I return the equipment. But all in all Jonesboro has been very pleasant to deal with Griffin was a little mmmmm, not impressed at all.
