        The worst experience with a contractor ever. Job took months longer than promised and never completed. Exceptionally poor communication and no sense of timing. Hired another contractor to do his job sight unseen. Still trying to track him down to complete job. BEWARE OF ROBERT BANKS CONCRETE!
