Auto Select Collision Center

My boyfriend's car was slightly damaged in an accident. This place is only 10 mins from us. They are very friendly and affordable, and put the car back together like brand new. He received a paint job, of course parts (all of the parts fitted), and was able to drop off/ pick up his rental car here! Also, they worked with his insurance company and kept them, and us updated weekly! Highly recommended! I love that they are certified/specialize in working on popular Manufacturers! If I were to get into an accident, I would return here.

My car was brought here by my insurance company. My car had been there for a few days, They called me for authorization and told me I had to come in. I said Id be there that day but before I could hang up, the rep said I needed to make sure I came today or theyd have it towed because it had been there for a few days. I felt she was very unsympathetic because I was injured as a result of the accident. They also took an additional 2.5 weeks to complete repairs. Every time I called , theyd extend repair time for another week but the reason was essentially always the same. Because of their delay, which seems to be purposely done to get more money from my insurance company, I lost money because I was forced to pay for additional rental car days. Then when I received my car, I had items missing from my vehicle! Because of their unprofessionalism and the theft, I will not allow my car to be serviced here again. And I will be filing complaints against them.

This place has excellent customer service !!! My son messed his car up pretty bad and they performed a miracle and brought it back to life. Communication was amazing and I was aware of the process from beginning to end. If you are looking for an auto collision center that cares about you and helping you get your car back on the road this is the perfect place.
