This is mot a good facility for your loved ones to be in. Lets start with the smell as soon as you walk in..putrid! I understand this is a facility for our senior community but man it reeks of dirty mop water and pee. The carpets are dirty and they don't have proper security to ensure goods aren't being stolen. My grandmothers dip-pens keep getting stolen and no one can answer as to HOW they keep going missing and or they want to catch an attitude and say they cant keep up with the work load(patients) due to shortages in staff. So with all that being said, DONT put your loved ones in this home. They sold us a dream and my father and uncle paid so much money just for the promises to become broken.

Even though I was not able to have my husband be a part of the Cadence Community by it not being an approved VA Facility, the tour and staff were simply wonderful. I am grateful to Nurse Karlen for explaining in detail their services and allowing me to tour the facility with her. The staff here really care about their clients.

If you are considering senior living in Jonesboro - don't make a decision until you have met with Ray at Cadence Mount Zion - he is timely in his responses, his follow up is thorough, willing to consider all circumstances and he is a very kind gentleman overall - most certainly a place I would consider placing my loved one if the time comes.

I highly recommend Cadence at Mt Zion. My Mom is a Memory Care resident and we couldnt be happier with the care that she is getting and the compassion of the staff. Being a 40 mins drive away, I have complete confidence that my mom is getting the highest level of care. The staff there are top-rate from top to bottom. Also, the meals are tasty, nutritious and healthy and offer a lot of variety!
