Overlook Apartments

I give 5 stars mainly because of the potential of the place with the new management in place. Deborah was professional, courteous, and very assuring that my experience here would be one that I would be comfortable with. They are currently reconstructing, and even with the clutter the energy of the staff was very inviting and made me feel very comfortable.

I would highly recommend that they renovate the units as they are falling apart. Switching owners is not going to solve the on going problem of horrific dilapidation, and gross negligence on the maintenance staff if there is any.if you want to live in a third world 🌎 country The Overlook is the place for you the water will be off unexpectedly your ceiling may collapse on you, your AC unit will be non functional , your stove may explode. Rats may crawl on your bed , and a infestation of Roaches awaits you. No one will be coming to help you your on your own.

I have been living here for almost 3 years and I have not had hot water for more than 2 days at a time. My water has been mostly cold maybe warm at best. I just need my hot water fixed
