Lifestance health has been a top notch mental health service provider for me. Their services are convenient and efficient. The doctors and staff I have interfaced with have all been knowledgeable friendly and always go out of their way to ensure I do not have to call the next person in line. The patient portal always provides a good history or notification of pending documents and i never forget an appointment because of excellent phone calls and texts with reminder. I am happy with lifestance and want to say thank you to their team.

I thought our therapist was great unfortunately driving this far (no other location was accepting new children patients) won't for us because the last appointment time is too early and I can not check my child out every week drive 45 to a session, hr session then drive 45+ mins home. I only went to Lifestance because they accepted my insurance. I provided them with a 2 codes on SEVERAL occasions so that my sessions would be covered completely by my insurance. The sessions were in early Dec. Today mid march I received a statement for over $700 said my insurance didn't pay anything I called my insurance and Lifestance NEVER submitted the claim. My insurance told me to called Lifestance I call at 930 this morning waited on hold for 20 mins and then decided to use the service that they said holds my place in line and I would get a call back I also logged into the portal and sent a message to have someone from billing call me back. It's after 3 and NOTHING! I called the billing department again and NOTHING called a local office and asked them to have someone who can help me contact me. I should have known from the beginning when it was difficult to even schedule an appointment that I should probably find another provider to help me with my mental health not cause more problems.

This business model is more concerned with getting your credit card on file then helping you. Dr K lacked any human emotion or empathy. He could not get his zoom screen to work so it was impersonal. I felt judged me. Dont use. Its impossible to get someone to pick up the phone.
