We were visiting my brother in Johns Creek, GA. My mom wouldve been unable to join us on a couple outings due to mobility issues. I decided on a whim to look up wheelchair rentals in the area and was surprised to find heavenly wheels so close to my brothers home. The staff there made the transaction so quick and easy, and my mom was so happy to be able to join us, on our trips to the Jimmy Carter presidential library and a beautiful nature center along the Chattahoochee. Thank you so much for making our trip that much better!

The staff is amazing, very helpful and very price efficient. My mother-in-law was visiting for the holidays from NY and was in need of a rollator and every place I reached out to either did not have what I needed in stock, or they were very expensive for the short amount of time that I would have needed the rollator. When I called Heavenly Wheels Home Medical all my problems were solved, they were very knowledgeable, and their inventory was stocked so there was no waiting for equipment I was able to head over there and get the equipment my mother-in-law needed in no time. Definitely will recommend and rent from them again the next time she visits from NY

I recently encountered a problem with my mobility scooter and needed help. I reached out to Heavenly Wheels in Johns Creek. From the first phone conversation to my problem being addressed I received courteous, helpful, knowledgable customer service from people who desired to resolve my issues. I am writing this review so people know this is a business who provided outstanding customer service today. Thank you John for your kindness and expertise in trouble shooting complicated electronics. About five years ago we rented a wheelchair from Heavenly Wheels when my husband broke his foot. Excellent service and worth every penny that we spent with them. Fast forward to three weeks ago and we needed a wheelchair again because my husband broke his femur. The hospital and insurance arranged everything and just dropped everything off in the hospital room. We had some questions about how to use the wheelchair comfortably this time and the rental company that the hospital used was no help. I called Heavenly Wheels to ask a question and not only did they answer the question but Amanda FaceTimed us to make sure we could see her demonstrate it on a wheelchair. They go out of their way even when they dont have to which is a rare thing today! If we have any further needs we will definitely rent from them and refer them to anyone who asks!
