My experience here has been great. My first visit was my annual checkup, I waited for about 45 minutes due to being a new patient and my information having to be input into the system, second visit was only about 15-30 minutes, which I find pretty normal. Staff were all very professional, friendly, and the place was very well-organized. I saw Dr. Michelle Chun who was very personable but efficient and extremely helpful in getting me what I needed.

I hope when the patient make an appointment, Dr Kang takes care of them instead of nurse practitional even if they are the good staffs.

Unless you are of Korean origin - probably not a place for you to go. Terrible experience for me and my wife. Receptionist pretended to be not not be able to reach out to confirm insurance after 30 mins
