        The agent I spoke with to get my quote told me I didn't need to get the ride for hire endorsement if I'm not dashing full time, when I told her I was currently a full time college student and my only "career/ job title" was that I did doordash when I could to get the income for my bare necessities while I was in college. Less than a month after we activated that policy, I got in an accident, while dashing and they refused to cover my car's damages because I was dashing and didn't have the proper insurance. (The endorsement which I was told I didn't need.) I now have an inoperable vehicle, nearly totaled (if not totaled) that I still owe over 10k on (still needing 6k worth of repairs done) and neither Allstate or my GAP coverage came through for me the way that they made me believe they would. Not happy at all with that experience.

        My experience was awesome..... My agent was soooo helpful and very patient... I really feel like Allstate should give her a raise because it very hard to get awesome customer service like I experienced... Anytime I need assistance I call my agent and I don't want to speak to nobody but her... So thank you Allstate for having a awesome employee that I can depend on....
