        The service provided was abysmal at best because heater that you fixed a few days ago stopped working. And I paid almost $400 dollars for nothing. I feel I have been scammed.

      As we explained before that your thermostat stopped working. It was en practice hanging off the wall. After our assessment and replacing your thermostat that you agreed to. ( WiFi thermostat lifetime warranty) we observed the blower motor not working properly. We adjusted the speed to get it going and suggested to replace it. I was personally there and explained that to you. We offered to come out at no additional charge to recheck it. To be sure it wasn’t something else we have missed but the visit was declined. I do apologize for your experience. I am not sure what more we could have done to make this a better experience. You can always call us. We have a 90 Fixed right promise. If we improperly diagnose a unit. You will be credited any amount you paid forwards a more permanent repair.
