F45 Training Johns Creek

F45 is a great training program! You dont have to think about the workout, just show up for a great team environment, progressive training, and incredible coaches!!

The team mentality of f45 is awesome and exactly what I needed to get myself working out at the next level. The coaches are awesome at motivating you and knowing when to push you just a bit more than you think you can handle.

I cannot say enough about this gym and the F45 franchise overall! I have been an athlete my entire life and I never thought I would find another place to push me like I was pushed as a college athlete. F45 workouts are the perfect balance of strength, cardio, and endurance. The trainers at Johns Creek really get to know the members and their specific goals. I have gotten stronger, faster, and leaner than Ive ever been before- and that is thanks to F45 and the Johns Creek team. As a plus, the community at this gym is unmatched! I highly recommend trying out this gym for at least one class! (And I know youll love it so much, youll want to keep coming back!)

This gym is awesome! The community is amazing, and the trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Ive been going for 8 months and Ive become stronger and more confident. I recommend that everyone should try an F45 class at least once!!
