I didn't even receive an apology for the basic business practice of calling back when you say you will. I called 3 or 4 times to respond to a promotional mailer ($500 bonus for new green account) and was told twice someone would call me to set an appointment. They never called. Then I called again after the promotion expired, and the manager told me he can't do anything about communication errors "You could easily could just walk in". The promo specifically says to call for an appointment. Red flag for such poor level of customer service.

Come in and ask for 16k withdraw and not enough money. Then they try to call the branch around and ask if they can accommodate the withdraw non of them can do. Then I walk out with 2k in. If I realy want to do the business with that money this Bank already ruin my deal. Worker here always very nice. not their fault. Bank system is have to improve. I will be back to BOF better.
