I called and even texted and couldn't get through. Finally one day I spoke to Steve and he said he'd come by the next day to take a look Well the while day goes by and nothing. So we wasted the day waiting around and still no response. I'm fed up with poor professionalism. Or rather entirely a lack thereof.

On the first visit some they said pipes had to be replaced. The charge was $150.00. It still leaked. On the second visit they looked under the sink and adjusted the pipes because they were leveled wrong. We continued to have the leak, on the third visit we were told it was a drain saddle leak from the water softener unit and it had to be moved to another pipe. I had the water softener people come out and replace it on the same pipe for a charge of $141.49 We were still having the leak. The leak was really coming from the bottom of the sink which I pointed out to their man from the third visit.. But he instead that it was the saddle. The real problem was the strainer basket at the bottom of the sink was leaking. We called another plumber and they replaced strainer basket and leak has stopped. That charge was $150.00.We feel that we were unjustly charged Williams for his service. Jerry and Linda Thomson
