After lawyer after lawyer told me that I would need to retain them for a simple uncontested process, this was the first law office to be open about their fees, set up a consistent communication method online, and get down to the work of helping me. Reached out to this law firm regarding representation for a misdemeanor. They wanted $3,000+ to take the case and provide mediation and even more money to make a simple motion of discovery. Discovery is the first thing that should be done as it provides all evidence and details of the case. I was able to get the exact same mediation without this lawyer as a first time offender as they were offering. It took 10 minutes at the court. It makes zero sense why it would cost so much money when they wouldn't even make a discovery motion to see the details of the case. Save your money and go seek different representation
